Policies and Procedures
Check-in starts at 4 p.m. or as your room becomes available - guests checking in may utilize the waterpark beginning at 1 p.m. the day of arrival (based on valid operating days, hours may vary)
Check-out 11 a.m. for your room but - guests checking out may utilize the waterpark until it closes on the day of your departure.
Deposit Policy: First night room and tax is charged at time of reservation. Personal Checks accepted for advance deposits only when received for processing no later than two weeks prior to check-in day.
Cancellation Policy: 72 Hours Prior to Arrival Date to Receive Refund (minus $25 processing fee).
Rates are based on demand and are subject to change at any time without notice. Rates may increase during peak periods such as weekends and holidays.
